First of all, you have to squint your eyes. Use the eye muscles to press firmly around the eye and the eyelid muscles. Maintain pressure for about 5-10 seconds. Then relax the eyes and muscles involved as much as possible. Repeat the procedure at least 10 times.

Second, look at both near and far objects. Stand near a window or on the balcony. Hold the index finger of your right hand one or two inches from your nose. Look at your finger for 3 seconds. Move your gaze to a distant building or tree for 3 seconds. Repeat the process with both eyes at least 30 times.

The next step is to move your eyes up and down. Move your eyes as high as possible without moving your neck. Then lower them as far as possible. Repeat this 10 times. Then move your eyes left and right. Raise your eyes, right and left. Move your gaze to the left corner. Then move them to the bottom right corner. Repeat this 10 times. Move your eyes to the upper corner of the right side. Then move them to the lower left corner. Repeat this 10 times. Finally, move your eyes first clockwise and then counterclockwise. Continue these movements 10 times.

Pay Attention to Your Diet

Four or five almonds soaked in water at night should be taken every day. Remember to chew them well. Green leafy vegetables such as spinach, cabbage, etc. should be part of your daily diet. Fresh fruits such as apples, grapes, oranges, cherries, papaya, pineapple, carrots, currants, etc. are good for eye health. Walnuts such as walnuts, dates and raisins are good for the health of the eyes. Milk and its many products.

Jaggery and honey are good for the health of the eyes. Rose water is considered good for the eyes. You can dip cotton swabs in cold rosewater and keep them over your eyes closed to relax them during the summer season. Avoid canned foods, fatty foods and high calorie foods.
