NIM’s Early Learning Alliance (ELA) is a full-service early child care training agency that helps child care professionals acquire the skills, information and resources they need to create top-notch childcare facilities, from home-based programs to large-scale child care centers. Our state-recognized trainings and specialists provide top-to-bottom analysis and coaching to help child care professionals take their programs to the next level. NIM child care training services affect more than one in eight pre-school aged children in Philadelphia.
